App Updates

1. Make the Job Description optional in Add employee.

2. Move the Change language settings option at the top & have the flag on the basis of region.

3. App -> Report Up

   1. Have the Filter option and move the month and year selection in filter & show all the reports

4. Visual Improvements to make the app easier to navigate

5. Employee Documents

   1. Add new option Disciplinary Documents.

   2. Add option "Record Audio" in Upload files

6. Don't save the Custom banded hours.

7. Probation Period -> Add field in "Contract only employee" -> Default it to "None".

8. Add Employee without contract

   1. Remove the 2 buttons on send employee form & complete employee form

   2. Have all the details in single form

   3. Instead of Submit details, it should have "Add Employee"

9. Contract only Employees -> Have all the fields optional in Complete employee form.

10. Add Employee - Buttons

    1. Change label -> Send Email link to employee for completion now

    2. Have all the buttons in green color & make it bigger

    3. Change label -> Save & Comeback later

Web Portal

1. Make the Job Description optional in Add employee.

11. Provide 2 options in Export of Approved Employees 1. Export only this box Emp. 2. Export all Approved Emp.

12. Signature box is shown bigger in web. It should be small all the time

13. Sidebar & Header is shown when manager accepts the Contract & Handbook of any employee.

14. Show the static label in edit group/business -> Setup on {Date}

15. Business Settings -> Move the language in business settings & have the "Gear" icon in Business settings.

16. When user change any thing and don't save the changes. Alert should be shown. 

    1. Locations -> a. Edit Business/Group b. Edit Team UP (Admin, Group & Business) c. Edit Employee

17. Have the new option in Business Settings -> Email Settings.

    1. All the Reminder emails should be shown

    2. Have the ability of on/off for all the team up members

18. Summary Report

    1. Voucher Sales (Rang in the till) & Deposit Received ( Rang in the till) should be in breakdown of department sales

    2. Move the Float count beside the Difference line

    3. Have the new option -> Daily ,Weekly & Monthly Sales
